ADVOCATE, CELEBRATE, LEARN!

Created in partnership with Girl Scouts Courtney Kirks (left) and Macey Thompson (right) for their Girl Scout Silver Award, the Foster Care Adoption Awareness Reading Program is a time to celebrate forever families and increase awareness about the need for adoptive families.

For the lesson you will introduce the topic of foster care adoption, read the book “Are You a Forever Family?”, and play Kahoot! and/or color some coloring pages using illustrations from the book.
